As a qualified personal trainer, I understand that often starting is often the hardest part. Good news, you have already taken the first step to achieving your goals by reading this. I have a special interest in functional fitness for the 21st Century. I am constantly training myself in Boxing, Muay Thai and Krav Maga, as well as resistance and weights training. I will work with you, design a tailored program which is exciting and challenging, and specifically for you. I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.
